Cold Shoulder Sweater, Embroidered, Loft

Embroidery & Cold Shoulders

Cold  shoulders, off the shoulder and embellished sleeves have been all the rage for the last couple of years. I realize not everyone is a fan, but I love the look. I recently purchased this embroidered cold shoulder sweater from Loft.

This is the first embroidered piece of clothing that I’ve had since the 70s. If you like it, when I checked this week it was on sale for 60% off, making it $26, and most sizes are still available!

I styled it with my favorite black velvet jeans, also from Loft. It seems like I always feature these on the blog, but they are the most versatile pants, and I do wear them all the time. They are soft, and just the right amount of stretch to make them comfortable.

My Michael Kohrs handbag adds a pop of color with this outfit.  This is the large Savannah bag in cherry. Here is the link.

It was a nice day when we shot these, but the wind would not stop, so please excuse my wind blown hair!

I finished the outfit with my black suede booties. These aren’t available anymore, but here and here are a couple similar links. Linking to Jolynneshane.com and NorthwestMountainLiving.com
