Blue & White Blouse, White Jeans

Fresh Blue & White For Spring

We are finally getting spring weather! It was in the 50s over the weekend with lots of sunshine, so we were able to get out and shoot some spring outfits. I’m trying to get ahead of the game – we will be moving our daughter this weekend, as she starts her new job as a pharmacist. We’ve got a busy week and weekend ahead of us!

Blue and white is such a fresh combination for spring. We shot this outfit on top of a hill west of town. It was a beautiful day, but as you can see by the photos, the wind did not cooperate. The llamas behind me were curious. They don’t see too many photo shoots where they live. Ha!

I have had this blue striped blouse for several years now. I think it is from New York and Company. I have linked a couple similar blouses here and here. The blue sweater is a couple of years old from Loft. I’ve linked a navy cardigan that would be cute with the darker blouse here.

My distressed white jeans are from Herbergers last summer. They are comfortable, with just the right amount of stretch to be comfortable. They aren’t available anymore, but here is a similar pair from Loft.

My carmel color fringe wedges were purchased last summer on clearance. I have linked something similar here and here.

I kept my necklace simple and added a pair of statement earrings. Here and here are a couple cute substitutes.

My faux leather tote is from Nordstrom this spring. It looks like real leather and is very well made. It’s perfect for traveling, or even a day trip somewhere! Here is the link.

  1. I have a lot of light blue tops for summer but after seeing you in a few light blue sweaters over the winter and into spring I think I need to add some to my wardrobe. You look great, as always, and I love the llama background! Lol!
