Happy Friday! Today’s outfit is perfect for casual Friday, whether you work, or just want to be dressed nicely for running errands around town. This royal blue top by Gibson comes in 6 additional colors, and is reasonably priced. The twist front is a flattering style for everyone – it’s loose fitting, but you still look put together without tucking in your shirt.
I’ve linked this top below.
These black jeans are the Rockstar jeans from Old Navy. I’ve linked them below. They are so comfortable – and I think I paid around $20 for mine. They have just the right amount of stretch.
My jewelry is a pendant from a local arts show a few summers ago, and some royal blue floral earrings. I’ve also added a scarf to show how easy it is to change the look of the outfit. Mine is old – I’m not sure where I got it, but I’ve linked some cute scarves below.
My booties were purchased at a local shop during Crazy Days this year. They have subltle black embroidery on them. I don’t see them online, but I found a very similar pair at DSW, linked below. My Coach handbag is the Selena Grace bag. I had been looking for a fall/winter black handbag, and fell in love with this when I saw it. I didn’t like the price tag, so I searched Poshmark, and found this gently used bag for less than half the price of a new one. It goes with almost everything I own for fall and winter, and I’m sure I will get much use from it.
Thanks for reading! I don’t claim to be a fashionista, just trying to look the best I can. Hopefully you have gotten some inspiration from these posts. Most of my outfits are outfits that I actually wear to work. I work in a casual small town newspaper office and almost anything goes here! Have a wonderful weekend! I am off to do some shopping with my daughter and daughter in law. A girl’s day out with lunch and shopping – one of my favorite things to do!
